Following injury or surgery your dog may be required to wear a dog torture device known as an "Elizabethian Collar". The purpose is to prevent the dog from getting his mouth on an injury, sore, hotspot, stiches, etc.

The attached video shows how to get the dog used to and accepting of the device well before it is needed. Two or three quick sessions now will make caring for your dog a whole lot easier at a time when learning something new is further complicated by an injury.

This is a great exercise to practice during those horrid TV commercials.
